Room was clean and comfortable and very nice, Beds were a little small, full size, queen size would have been way better, but they were comfortable. Staff was super helpful, we were checking our oil in the car and a staff member drove uo to ask if we were ok and needed help. Very nice gentleman to talk to.

Beautiful room and grounds. Walk to Colonial Williamsburg is super easy.

The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend.

The room was spacious and the pullout couch bed was large. The spa was the best part, the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub would be a big reason we would come back!

Pool was closed due to glass broken. Maybe wouldn’t have happened if they had better supervision on property. Kids are running around the area, climbing on the rocks by the waterfall,etc. furniture it’s very dated and uncomfortable as a rock! Golf carts are constantly going and very loud! Checking in I told the gal my husband had a heart condition and she put us on the second floor and NOT walking distance to the pool/ammenties!!
